• Armament: 1 5"/51, 2 3"/50 AA, 300 mines (as CM-4)
• Complement: 350
• Triple expansion machinery with twin screws, 7,000 h.p.
• Completed in 1908 as SS Shawmut; converted to CM-4 in 1917
• 7 Dec 41; hull ruptured by torpedo which struck Helena moored alongside, capsized at sank.
• Salvaged, Oglala was converted to an Internal Combustion Engine Repair Ship (ARG-1) in 1942
