    Comes alongside USS Connecticut (Battleship # 18) in Brest harbor, France, 11 March 1919. She is delivering troops of the 136th Field Artillery, 37th Division, for transportation home to the United States.
    Another U.S. Navy battleship, also employed as a troop transport, is faintly visible in the center distance.

    The lighter, seen from on board the transport, appears to be either Rin Tin Tin or Nenette. Another smaller ship, equipped with a crane boom, is outboard of the lighter.
