Dressed with signal flags while anchored in a New England harbor,
circa mid-1917.
Built in 1912 and formerly named Dolph II, the motor boat
Content was acquired by the Navy on 12 May 1917 and placed
in commission on 22 May 1917. She was returned to her owner on
3 February 1919.
