Photo #: NH 99360 USS Beukelsdijk (ID # 3135) In port, possibly when inspected by the Third Naval District on 10 July 1918. The Dutch "turret" steamship Beukelsdijk (built 1903) had been seized by the the U.S. Government on 20 March 1918 and placed in commission the next day as USS Beukelsdijk.
