USS Asher J. Hudson (SP-3104)
Probably photographed at New Orleans, Louisiana, circa 1918.
She later was renamed Yuma (YT-37).
Note carved eagle on her foremast, just forward of the pilothouse.
Such eagles were common decorations on contemporary tugs.

Archives.
