USS Hawaii (CB-3)


The forward portion of the ship during construction at the New York Shipbuilding Corp., Camden, New Jersey on 8 January 1947.
Construction was officially suspended on 17 February 1947. Hawaii's three 12-inch gun turrets were removed when the ship was moved to the Philadelphia Reserve Fleet.
