Note newly installed machine gun "bathtub" atop Omaha
foremast, rangefinders and other fire control facilities on and
about the mast, voice tubes running down from the masthead, 6"/53
guns in casemate mountings, and Battle Efficiency "E"
painted on the pilothouse.
