USS SP-548
(1917-1919) -- the larger vessel in right center

In port with two unidentified smaller Section Patrol (SP) boats, circa 1918.
Built in 1916 as W.T.C.U. and soon renamed Wachusetts, this vessel was acquired by the Navy on 26 April 1917 and placed in commission as USS Wachusetts (SP-548). Her name was changed to SP-548 a year later. Stricken by the Navy on 25 October 1919, she was reportedly transferred to the Bureau of Fisheries.
